WHAT TO DO IF YOUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN SEIZED


Please call 01256 780950 Option 1 and then Option 2 between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday to arrange the collection of your vehicle.


You must call us prior to you arriving at our site.


This is to make sure you have the correct release paperwork and that your vehicle can be made accessible. 

HOW TO RECLAIM YOUR VEHICLE FOR NO LICENCE OR NO INSURANCE


You will need to:


  • Call us and check with us you have the following:
  • Your seizure notice from the police STAMPED from the local police station
  • Photo ID upon collection
  • The release fee and storage fee. This can only be paid by card in person with the card holder present or cash. We do not take American express.


Without any of the above, your vehicle will not be released.

HOW TO RECLAIM YOUR VEHICLE FOR NO TAX


You will need to:


  • Call us and check with us you have the following:
  • A proof of purchase of valid road tax or if not you can pay the surety fee of £160
  • A V5 for the vehicle in your name or if not you can pay and fill out a V62 at our office, the V62 is chargeable at the current rate plus postage to DVLA
  • Photo ID and proof of address
  • The release fee and storage fee


Without any of the above, your vehicle will not be released.
